I am looking to do a puppy mill protest in my area and was wondering if there is a place on the website to find others in my area interested in supporting me.  If anyone can guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

I would start with shelter volunteers. be careful around the vets offices, that loses them money! get the word out, dont rush it . get a nice crowd, signs, maybe a press release. we need to get the word out any way we can!!

To bad there wasn't a way there could be a "National NO Puppy Mills Day" where in every State, City or Town, at a certain time, all that wanted to be involved could do a protest!!!! Talk about getting some media coverage.....

Thank you, very good advice guys.  The national protest thing would be awesome if we could pull it off, I heard the weekend before Christmas is the busiest day for people to buy dogs in pet stores!!!

I hope you can pull it off because those types of places need to be shut down before they even begin operating. If you go to the ASPCA's website from time to time they will have stories about puppy mills and how you can help to shut them down.
I watched a video on their website recently about a large puppy mill in TN that was raided, they rescued over 700 dogs plus some cats and I think other animals as well.
So best of luck and all us of here at Animal Attraction are with you 100%+

I would e-mail some of the large animal groups, i.e., aspca, hsus, etc., for advice on ways to do this.  It's an excellent idea.  Try to hook up with other good people in your area for support, also.  Good luck.
