| This is a wonderful forum. Thank you for starting this. To all who have lost a beloved pet, at any time past or present, just as I have, my thoughts and prayers go out for you. I would like to ask that people light a candle for all of the furangels lost during Hurricane Ike, and even other storms and disasters. Please think about those poor souls who were left behind and did not make it. But also think about the ones left behind who did make it and who are now in shelters lost and confused. (I took ALL of my furbabies with me. I will never understand leaving a pet behind, because you never know the wrath of the storm.) God bless all who have loved and lost. May your memories take away the grief and make you smile. I light a candle for you all!
