Thanks Prince, I will be in your neck of the woods. I have family and friends in Boston and there is probably no better place to celebrate the 4th. Barring rain many of us will be at a party on the roof of a building with a great view of the Charles river. Happy 4th everyone!!!!!!

My father, who hails from MAchester England, calls me every year to wish me "Happy Kick the S#^* Out of the British Day!"    So I wish you all the same!!

In all honesty not one of my favorite holidays since all the animals spend most of it abjectly terrified  but at least this year it makes for a long weekend!

Now that the island has exploded with population of tourists, I am staying away from the fireworks and just relaxing around the house..... my beasts will get a nice outdoor shower and groomed up purdey.....actually I can see the fireworks from my house, the harbour is only about 1/2 mile away from me.......

Yes, yes...I am alive. It's been an incredibly busy summer and not having a boss the last few months hasn't helped. 

In a temporary lull so hope to get on here more frequently.
