| My fav is a nice New York Strip steak on the grill....just plain for me, no spices or seasoning on it. Just a real hot grill. Oh, and I like my steak med-well. Nothing beats a juciy burger either, with sliced vine ripe tomatoes on it....yum | | | |

That's a good one bigorott try the salmon with maple syrup brushed on both sides of the salmon too ;; whoaaaaaa Also lamb kebobs..... cube up some lamb and put in a bowl or ziploc bag ... just fill with olive oil to cover meat.... add oregano and garlic..... let marinade over night... then make kebobs with favorite veggies.... this will melt in your mouth

| Ribs and chicken , on the grill, marinated with my home made sauce. And potatoe salad, and cole slaw and beans. All made from scratch. And of course a couple cold brewskies while cooking over that hot grill.

| get a Grill Man
excellent suggestion... and the grill man can hang out with the tanning butler- you know the guy that applies the sunscreen when needed ...we LOVE those! kay- here's another..stuffed flank steak marinate a flank steak in oilve oil, crushed garlic, fresh basil and a little bit of balsamic for about 2 hours, remove from marinade, top with spears of grilled asparagus, roasted red peppers and herbed goat cheese- roll and tie- grill on high heat until desired doneness- (if you like your steak more than med, you should probably freeze the goat cheese for a few minutes so it doesn't totally disolve) remove from grill, let stand for a few, slice into roulades...yum yum yum
