| Aug 26 Written by:aajoanne Tuesday, August 26, 2008 We just got word from the North Shore Animal League that Corky has found his forever home! Thanks to everyone who expressed their concerns for this little bundle of joy; we couldn't be happier for Corky and his new family.
Remember, there are still many furbabies like Corky and Bonnie (pictured left) in NSAL's Help Me Heal program who are looking for a loving family! Tags: 6 comments so far...

Re: Corky Update
The hurt in these animals' eyes hurts my heart so bad. I am so glad that someone gave Corky a forever home, and hopefully, they will give Bonnie one, too. It's hard to believe sometimes that people have that much evil in them that they could abandon a hurt animal or, even worse, to be the abuser.

Re: Corky Update
Boonie it just too cute, regardless of her leg. Her face is pleading that someone will take her home. I see the energy and love in her eyes. Great news that Corky found a home.

Re: Corky Update
Now all that needs to happen is for Bonnie to find her forever home, what a sweet girl, just look at that face, how could someone not just fall in love with her. Once her leg heals completely she will be able to enjoy the life she so richly deserves. To all of you potential pet parents out there...take a look at this lovely lady and tell me that you can resist, if I was in a position to do so I would take her, however due to circumstances that is not possible, but there are plenty and I do mean plenty of other potential parents for her. I am putting out the call to all of you who are either considering your first pet or for those who are looking for a new companion because of a possible loss of a companion animal or simply because you want to give this little lady the chance she so desperately needs and deserves give her the chance to be yours, she won't disappoint you you'll see. She has had some challenges in her life and now it time for her to be the center of someones universe, please give her the chance, get in touch with NSAL tell them you would like to adopt this wonderful little girl and make her the queen of her world. Stay strong Bonnie your turn is coming, there is a perfect forever home just waiting for you.
