If it is possible for a dog to dance Sidney did it. Now I know that Kobe does the happy dance, but this was a newly choreographed form of that.
There were two (deux) dancers in the performance. The first dancer was the aroma of fast food. I'm pretty certain Sidney has never experienced the smell of fast food as it is unwrapped and bitten into. Sidney was the Paw in this Paw de Deux.
He was standing in the living room as my son opened his Runza sandwich and broke it in half. Up went Sidney's nose and the aroma wafted into the living room. Up, up, up went the nose until his front paws left the ground. Then he danced on his hind feet after the aroma as it crossed the room.
It was an impressive athletic feet. Of course the camera was as elusive as the fragrance of a Runza sandwich. Sidney was definitely in the moment - and the moment was so tantalizing he just had to dance. Life is like that sometimes.

Re: Paw de Deux
Doggies DO dance, they're telling you they're "happy" !!

Re: Paw de Deux
I know they do--Mine is named after the black swan in the ballet Swan Lake--Odile. Of course it is her middle name since that is the evil swan. She is however long and slim with a long neck and beautiful long legs. I have taught dance for many years and never pass up the chance to pick up her paws and dance with them on my shoulders or to dance my cat, Sylvie around the room in a graceful waltz with her head on my shoulder and her eyes closed with pleasure!!
