Sill ShieldsA few Saturdays ago I spent the afternoon filling, sanding and painting window sills and door frames. Yep, you guessed it! The cats have been at work with their claws and little teeth!

If only I'd know about Sill Shield a bit earlier - I could've saved the house from destruction and myself the tedium of repairs. Sill Shields are made from heavy duty PVC, attach easily to your sills and do an amazing job hiding scratch marks.

Check it out and save your sills!

Re: Sill Shields

I have bay windows and, needless to say, the cats LOVE them. After sanding, patching, and repainting about a million times I came up with the idea of having a piece of plexiglass cut to the window bay. Works great, probably like the shields you're talking about. The only thing I'd caution is that you need some kind of a lip on the edge of the bay to hold the plexiglass in place or the cats can slide them out onto the floor.
